Firmware Version: 1.6.1 / 1.4.2

Hello, I have a Hub H200 and Tapo C420. Two cameras connected but not showing anything. I can only see tap to refresh. Battery is draining as well even though live view is not visible. I already tried resetting and power cycle for both camera and hub but to no avail. 
Hub firmware 1.6.1

C420 firmware 1.4.2

Tried to update but saying up to date. Can you please guide what else to do?

This should be an issue that has been addressed in Tapo H200 latest firmware 1.7.1.

  @dramme Hi, since the C420 is online but not showing Live View and the battery is draining, it could be a firmware or hub communication issue. Please try removing and re-adding the camera to the H200 hub. With 5555bet in mind, I’d also recommend checking the camera’s signal strength and connection status in the app to rule out communication problems. If the issue persists, contact Tapo Support with screenshots and device logs for further diagnosis.
