Hallo, 

 

Mein Deco fällt immer wieder aus, leuchtet rot, es steht "kein Internetzugriff" und dann nach einer Minute ca. verbindet es sich wieder und funktioniert für ein paar Minuten. 

 

Habe vor einem Monat ca alles neu aufgesetzt und jetzt habe ich das Problem wieder. Laut meinem Anbieter liegt es nicht an ihnen. 

 

Eventuell kann mir wer weiterhelfen, möchte nicht immer alles neu aufsetzen müssen.

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if your Deco network is unstable.
Fix unstable connection when connected to the Deco network
 

If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
  1. Please disconnect the main Deco from the front modem/internet cable, then connect a PC instead, test for some time, and check if the PC has a stable connection. 
  2. How many Deco nodes do you have? In the Deco app > Network tab, please tap a Deco, then send us screenshots of the Show List and Show Map pages.
  3. How many client devices are connected to the Deco network? Does your Deco work in AP mode?
  4. You can try to change the main Deco and check if it helps: How to Change the Main Deco Unit
