Hello,

I'm from Cairo, Egypt and I'm willing to buy The HS200 switch but when I checked the output voltage it says maximum 120V. While in Egypt the output voltage is 240V.

@MEE2day Hi all,

Model HS200 does support dual voltage (120V-240V) even for US version.

But we still recommend you to purchase and use a product in the same country as tp-link does not have global warranty.

That means if a product is defective,it only enjoys warranty in the country where you purchase it, not a different country.

@Yankeelandy

HS200 (US ) all hardware versions support dual voltage.

Please check our FAQ:  Q9.  What voltages do Smart home products support?

Kindly note that tp-link does not have global warranty, devices only enjoy warranty in the country where users purchased from.
