Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.4.52

I shared my camera to a different account but the function to Talk and Voice Call is greyed out and the prompt is "You have no permission to use this function" I do not know how to fix this. 

 

the firmware is updated already. For other accounts and other devices, all other features work. It's only this particular account or device that cannot use Talk or Voice Call.

Tapo APP allows to login admin account on multiple phones,if a second mobile device needs the full permissions of camera, like Talk/ Vioce Call etc, you could try to log in admin account using same email address and password on that second device. Hope this helps!
