Tapo C310 unable to connect to Wi-Fi
Hi, new to this so please be gentle :)
I have 2 Tapo C310's which were working perfectly, but we have changed internet supplies. We have change from BTinternet to Sky. Now i'm unable to reconnect the cameras to the Sky router. There is a flashing red light on both cameras, i have reset both cameras but still no blinking red and green. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hello @Grahamzzzz
Thank you for your reaching out to us
Confirm you have performed the a factory reset with camera powered on as instruction below
It is recommended to check if Tapo Camera XX SSID is broadcasting? If so, you could add the camera in the app.

Hello @Grahamzzzz
Thank you for your reply, Here is UG page 3 to check the Led status of camera. can I know is it the System Led or the 4 of the IR Leds keeps flashing red on both cameras?
Try power off camera for a while, and power it on, try factory reset again.
Do they still broadcast Tapo XX Wi-Fi network? If they do not broadcast Tapo XXX SSID , it could be a hardware defect on the unit.
If it's C310 V1 You could follow steps here to send an email for emergency mode, or reach local support or retailer to check device warranty.
