NC450 not connecting
Hello,
My NC450 is dropping off the network at random intervals - this seemed to start after upgrading the firmware to ver 1.5 - I've now changed to 1.5.6 and the issue is still present.
A reboot of the camera brings it back online for a short time.
The camera is powered on (it's not a power supply issue)
The camera is running on ethernet, so it's definitely not a wifi issue.
Can you please assist with a resolution?

Further to the above information, it's unavailable in the app and also unavailable on the LAN (stops replying to pings and it's web interface)

Hello @anticol
You could reserve a fixed IP address for the camera on router web page (set IP reservation for camera) and see that if helps improve the stability.
You could also choose a relative clean 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi channel for the router.
If the camera has been worked for a long time and recently starts to drops out,you may consider some alternatives like new tapo camera series.

The camera isn't using wifi for connectivity, it's using the ethernet port.
All the dropout issues began after an upgrade of the firmware - prior to that it worked flawlessly.
Is there a downgrade procedure from 1.5.6?

Hello @anticol
As checked, there isn't a downgrade tool for 1.5.6 , you could try to load the 1.5.5 firmware for RE450 V2 and see if the firmware can be downgraded or not.
Btw, can you recall what's the previous firmware with the NC450 V2 .
