Tapo camera including Tapo C100 does support ONVIF Profile S, many users has use ONVIF software to control or see live stream of the camera like this topic

It is possible the certain application does not recognize the camera somehow, you could try a different app like ONVIF device manager for a test and at the same time reach the surveillance software support and see they have any suggestions for you.
