Hi,
The System LED on the Tapo C210 is flashing red and green means the camera is ready for setup. You may reset the camera before so the LED on the camera is flashing red and green now.
It's suggested to set up the Tapo C210 again if you'd like to use it, and below is the detailed setup instruction.
