Thank you for the case report. You can try to click on the Tapo Cam on the Tapo app and go to the Camera Settings>Advanced Settings>Display Settings, and then select the Compatible Mode and check if the lag problem solves.

If not, please help confirm:
1. The model number and OS version of your phone.
2. The version of the Tapo app.
3. The network diagram, such as the Internet--wireless router)))Tapo C210, etc.
