Subscription problem
I subscribed to the Tapo link plan for 12 months
however my plan says my subscription has subscribed and my videos aren't saving
i took out my subscription 1 day before it expired
however when do my cameras save videos

Hi,
Generally, if you have subscribed to the Tapo Care service and added your cameras to enjoy the Tapo Care service on the Tapo app>>Me>>Tapo Care>>Select Camera page, your camera's detection video recordings will be stored on our cloud server. If you unsubscribe to the Tapo Care service, the cameras' detection video recordings won't be stored on the cloud server anymore.
(Please note the Tapo Care service will work immediately once you subscribe to it.)
If you have subscribed to the Tapo Care service for your three cameras, but no video recordings can be found on the Tapo app>>Live View>> Playback & Download page, please check if your detection settings are correct on the Tapo app first.
Where can I find detection recordings of Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
