I shared my C520WS camera with my family members, but they cannot recieve motion notifications. This is a required feature at our home. Is their any way around this? Maybe with better Alexa integration.

Hi, 
Generally, if you have enabled the Notifications feature on the Tapo app for your camera under the owner account, you can receive notifications when you log in to the Tapo app with the shared account.

 

Please help confirm the following information for your issue.
1. When you log in to the Tapo app with the owner account, can you receive the motion notifications?

 

2. On the phone logged in to the Tapo app with the shared account, please tap the Bell icon at the top right corner of the Home page, can you see the camera's motion notifications?
If yes, please refer to the link below to check if the notification settings on the phone are correct.
Why can’t I receive notifications after turning on Notifications?
