Broken Firmware On C510W
Hello, my Tapo C510W was recently hit by a power outage and no longer wants to work, i've tried resetting it by the back panel but that didn't work. The camera just sits with a red light, is there anything I can do to fix it. Thanks!

Hi,
You can refer to Case 3 in the link below to troubleshoot.
What to do if my Tapo Camera gets bricked or doesn't respond to a factory reset?
Please help confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. Is the LED on the camera solid red, blinking red quickly or slowly?
2. Please refer to the link below to reset the camera, and let me know the LED status changes on the camera.
How to reset my Tapo camera?
Best Regards

Hi,
We have updated the instructions in the thread: What to do if my Tapo Camera gets bricked after a firmware update?
If you have tried the troubleshooting steps for your Tapo model, but the camera's LED does not change, you can contact the local support or retailer to check if the camera is under warranty.
