No Live stream on Camera Page
I have shared two cameras from my account to my wifes account.
Both cameras show up on my wifes mobile but when looking at the camera view on the "Cameras" screen no live streaming appears.
Live streaming appears ok if you click on the camera.
I have entirely removed the camera from my wifes phone and my phone, reinstalled the camera and reshared the camera, same problem.
Any ideas as to why the live stream is not showing up on the Cameras page?
One camera works fine, but this one is not.

Hi,
On the Tapo app>Cameras tab, there is a Play icon on each camera's page, and you can click on it to see the camera's live stream.
I did a test and found there is no problem watching a camera's live stream with the shared account on the Cameras tab.
If your wife has an issue when watching the camera's live stream on the Camera tab after tapping the Play icon on the camera page, is any error message displayed, or do you see other phenomena?

Hi, I have clicked on the "Play" icon, only one of the two cameras displayed on the Cameras page show live streaming video.
This problem cropped up after I swapped the cameras from inside to outside.
I then renamed the cameras and reshared them to my wifes account.
This is when I noticed the lack of live streaming.
So then removed ALL cameras and basically started over, still the same reponse.

You can check if the following tips will help.
1. Please check if the Tapo app installed on your wife's phone is up-to-date, update the Tapo app from Google Play/App Store if it's not the latest one.
2. Please check if you can watch the cameras' live stream on the Cameras tab after you log in to the Tapo app on a different phone with your wife's account.
If the issue persists, please help confirm:
1. Can you watch the cameras' live stream on the Cameras tab after logging in to the Tapo app with your owner account?
2. Can you share a picture of the Cameras tab on your wife's phone that displays the reported issue?

Hi, Sorry for the late reply, thie time of the year etc...
Everything appears to be working correctly now.
No idea what has changed, if anything has changed at all or not, but the app is working as expected now.
