Please help confirm the hardware version of the Tapo C200 first.

What to do if my Tapo Camera gets bricked after a firmware update?

Same problem here.
Latest update bricked the camera without rebooting or removing the power connection.
A lot of issues and TP-Link should acknowledge this even if the camera is quite old and the cost to replace it for the end user is not a problem.

@KBTOH Same here, C200 bricked after latest update and won't reset. I've even tried the factory reset by SD card method and nothing.

I have the same problem. Today I tried to upgrade my Tapo camera to the newest version, my network is fine, but it failed (i've got message "Update failed" in the app), after that camera stopped responding. I resterted it and now I have the same issue as everyone else in this thread - 4 IR leds are on and the camera is not responding. Upgrading firmware using SD card is also not working. I don't have warranty (I bought it more than 3 years ago). What can I co?
