My cctv camera which was installed 2 months ago is not working now. Yesterday night it was working fine.But today morning(8th Feb,2024) when i checked, only red color light was blinking.Then i reset the CCTV camera. but when i was trying to pair it with my mobile it is taking time to pair and eventually showing "device is not connected kindly try again".
Kindly help on this matter.

Hi,

Please help confirm the following information about your case.

 

1. The LED status on the camera. If the LED is not flashing green and red, try to factory reset it again.

 

2. Ensure your router's Wi-Fi is working fine. You can connect your phone to the same Wi-Fi as the camera for a try.

 

3. Send me a picture of the error message that appears when configuring the camera.
