About the reported case, it's recommended to try the following steps.
1. Ensure you have entered the wireless password correctly.
2. If your password includes some special characters, such as #, &, etc., you can try to change the password if possible.
3. Enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, reset the camera, configure the camera with a different phone and connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, check if you can set it up successfully.
