Wireless Outdoor cameras wont record
Please help......
Only 1 camera ever recorded. And now it doesn't.... they both work fine live view. Now none will record, even on detection settings. The sd card goes in the hub. I have tried everything, formatting, etc

Hi,
You can try the following steps for the reported case.
1. Please ensure the Tapo app, hub, and camera's firmware are up to date.
2. Check the microSD card status on the app. Please send me a picture of the camera's Storage & Recordings page and a picture of the Recording Schedule page.
3. Ensure the detection feature is enabled. If you have also enabled the notification settings, please check if you can receive notifications when the camera detects events.
