Model: TC65
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I am having the same problems.

I have 5 Tapo cameras alltogether.

Internet went down, 4 reconnected but the 5th would not.

Have reset tapo, reset home wifi and still having problems.

My phone finds the camera, drops it in the box on the temport Tapo_Camera_XXXX

Then when it searches for the wifi network, it states No Avaliable Networks. There are no avaliable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks around, bear in mind its already connected to the other 4.

Has anyone found an answer yet ?

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you fail to configure your camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?

If the problem remains, please help confirm the following information.
1. The test results of the above steps.
2. If your router has enabled a feature such as Smart Connect, turn it off for a try.
3. Enable a 2.4G hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, reset the camera, reconfigure it with a different phone, and check if it can detect the hotspot Wi-Fi to connect.

Best Regards
