Hi Everyone, I am trying to use the Talk feature on the phone app, however the person on the other side can't hear me speak properly. I can say a sentence and only one word will be heard through the camera.

 

Are there any settings for this or is my camera microphone broken? :D

Hi,
If the audio from the camera sounds muffled or unclear, you may try the following troubleshooting suggestions:
1. Make sure that there are no obstructions covering the microphone and speaker openings on the camera.
2. Ensure that the camera is positioned to allow clear and unobstructed sound reception. Avoid placing it in enclosed spaces or near surfaces that may reflect sound.
3. Test the audio with your mobile device positioned away from the camera, preferably in a different room. Proximity between the phone and camera during a voice call can cause audio feedback.
4. On the Talk page, tap the icon at the top right corner, ensure the camera's microphone and speaker volume are set the highest level.
