Model: Tapo C110
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.11

Hi

I have 2 C110 cameras that will randomly drop of network. Both drop always at the same time. After a couple of days cameras are back online.

I also have a couple of P115 smart plugs in the same networks that work just fine. They will never drop from network.

I have now connected both C110 cameras with P115 plugs, so I can restart cameras remotely. Restarting cameras will not bring them back to network.

These are far away at vacation home.

Another camera is only 2 meters from Wi-Fi router, so distance is not an issue.

I have also C110 at home. This camera never drops network. I have a 2 H100 hubs at home. Could this be the reason I have no issues at home?

Any ideas what is the problem?

Hi,
The Tapo C110 won't connect to the hub H100 to work, the drop phenomenon should have nothing to do with the hub.
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot when the camera has a drop issue.
What should I do if my Tapo smart devices keeps losing connection or going Offline?

Please help confirm the following information for your case.
1. When the camera is working, please help check the Wi-Fi signal strength(RSSI value) it has.
2. The test results of the above steps.
3. The LED status on the camera when can't manage it remotely, and check if you can control it in the local network.

Best Regards
