Model: Tapo C520WS

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.2.7

I recently installed the TAPO C520WS and ensured it has the latest firmware version. Both the C520WS and the viewing device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. However, I have noticed a 7-8 minute delay during live streaming. Despite resetting the camera and confirming a stable internet connection, the issue persists. BTW, I'm using an iPad mini 6th gen.

Hi,
You can refer to Case 3 in the below instructions to troubleshoot if the live stream is slow.
What should I do if I can't view the Tapo&Kasa camera?

If the problem remains, please help confirm:
1. The test results of each step in the above instructions.
2. The Wi-Fi signal strength(RSSI value) of the Tapo camera.
