The camera is switched to auto but does not switch to night mode

the model is H200

Which night mode is the camera set to? You can check it under Camera Device Settings page-> Video & Display ->Night Mode Setting.

 

Is the camera installed behind the glass?

 

Please check what's the firmware version on both the C420 cameras and the smart hub H200. Ensure they're all updated. How to update the firmware of the Tapo&Kasa devices on the Tapo App

Please double-check your device model? The H200 is the smart hub, not the camera.

 

Can you share an image of this situation here? Generally, the camera will transition to night mode after the surrounding area has reached a certain level of darkness.
