RV30 plus navigation issue
Hello,
I bought this vacuum 3 weeks ago as a gift.
It was working completely fine in the first 2 weeks, then it suddenly began to act strange. It seems unable to navigate, it only spins on itself and moves in circles and it seems to be unable to locate the charging dock and consequently return to it.
I tried to hard reset the vacuum, then I tried to clean all the sensors, then to put the vacuum 1 m in front of the dock as troubleshooting suggests and then I also tried to change the position of the dock and hard reset again, but nothing seems to solve the problem.
Now it still doesn't work and I had to try and remap the house (as I lost the map when hard resetting) and the following is the comparison between the previous and the current map. The remapping process was not completed as it stopped itself and started to return to the charging dock but didn't manage to. How can I solve this issue?

Did the robot vacuum display an abnormal LED color, for example, a red light on the Home button? The red light indicates the device's battery level is less than 20%, charging is required before proceeding with the remaining mapping.
Please clean the recharge sensor on the robot vacuum and monitor if it can return it the charging dock. If it is currently at low battery level (red light) and unable to return to the dock on its own, please manually move it back to the charging dock for recharging.

No, it doesn't. The leds are all white and the battery level is above 90%.
I have also already try and clean the sensors but nothing changed.

Having this exact issue with my RV30 Plus
Hardware V1.0
Firmware V1.2.2 Build 240627 Rel. 162730
Apart from the above, when using remote control mode when I press the button to go forwards it goes forward but takes a right turn while doing that - which makes me think somehow the right turn and straight signals are getting combined. The individual left and right turns work fine. Also tried to reset (soft and hard) but that did not help.
Also cleaned up sensors: LIDAR and the 3 at the bottom of the roomba.
@Ila13 Were you able to get it fixed, if so would be helpful if you could share the fix here.

Hi @saumyab,
I'm sorry for bringing bad news but I exchanged some emails with technical support and they tried to fix the issue remotely but didn't manage to. In the end I had to request replacement.

In my case they've been stalling to fix my issue, I've reported via call, email and through the forum - to no avail.

The remote control issue you mention seems odd, is it possible that the right turn button next to it was touched by mistake? Please try to reproduce the problem and provide us with a video, send us the video link via pm.
