No Audio on Live View

There is no audio coming from our T200 device when we are in the live view. When we connect to use the talk feature, you can hear audio. However, when we pull the video screen up we cannot hear audio coming from the room where our device is in.

Hi,
1. Is your model number Tapo C200?
2. Do you mean if a person is in front of the camera and you are in another room with the Tapo app, you can talk with the other person when using the Talk feature, but can't hear the person's voice when watching the camera's Live feed?
