Hi,

Just bought tapo C520WS for construction monitoring. I discovered the quality of camera is not up to mark even tho it's set to maximum resolution (2K).

There was an update 1.2.8 , I tried to update atleast 3 times but failed to update every time.

Please help me out.

Hi,
Here are some suggestions if you fail to update the firmware of the Tapo camera.
1. Check the connection status of the home router, and ensure there is a stable internet connection.
2. Move the camera closer to the router.
3. Restart your router, after it's working, reboot your camera.
4. Try to update the firmware of the camera.
5. If the problem remains, try to disable the firewall, antivirus, and ad-blocker settings on the home router if there are.
