Our new purchase TC43 has a problem, all other users occurred device TC43 is offline while the main user and the wired device TC43 occurred online. After reinstall the TAPO App to the second user, the problem still occurs.

Please confirm the following information for the reported phenomenon.
1. Have you shared the camera with other users or shared your TP-Link account with other users?
2. What's the LED status on the camera?
3. When the camera displays online in your Tapo app, is your phone connected to the same Wi-Fi as the camera? Please disable Wi-Fi on your phone, try accessing the camera via mobile data, and see if it displays online in the Tapo app.
