@jorgesereno you can change the login username and password for a try if possible, not change password only

@WSC4 if your camera connects to wifi rather than the hub, it won't store video recordings to the SD card inserted into the hub even if they are under the same network.

@WSC4 After establishing the RTSP/Onvif connection, it's unable to access the video recordings on the cloud server or SD card from the iSpy/IP CENTCOM.

@Daniel755 maybe holding on the reset button for a longer time(10-15s) will help factory reset the camera, and then admin/admin will work.

@WSC4 It's able to delete the individual cloud video clips but is unable to upload the recordings from the SD card to the cloud...
