I have Tapo c210, 211 and 310 cameras connected to vigi nvr. I can access them remotely using vigi application but not using tapo app, asking because i need to use two way talk which is only possible

Looks like my nvr is working fine and network but the vigi cloud access is not (vigi mobile application) says device is offline but i could access the nvr web interface by connecting to loval network?
