I have Deco M4 3pack mesh system. Works correctly, but i would need one more unit I'm looking for the most cost effective way. I found that M3R is identical to RE300 but M3R can be bought only in 2pack. My question is, if I buy RE300, will it work with my system? Can I add it in the Deco app to the mesh system?

The RE300 and the M3R share a chassis but operate on different software. OneMesh Software is not compatible with Deco Mesh. An RE300 can be used as a range extender but not a Mesh extension. You can add a 1-pack of any Deco into the system though. So like a M3R or a M5 might be a valid option to extend your Mesh.
