I've had an issue recently where my iPhone doesn't show in the online devices sometimes (even though I'm connected and can view the app etc)
It also added a new entry for the phone whenever I left the house and came back in.
(with a different MAC address each time!!!!??)
anyone have an idea why this is?
Your smartphone giving a different MAC to the Deco.
I have seen that for Android 10, but could be the same case for the iPhone known as MAC Randomization.
As far as not showing online it may have just connected to the network. If you are on the Wi-Fi, exit the Deco app, then go back in after several minutes.
