Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20200714 rel.18254

Seeing a new issue w/ AX6000 wherein internet connectivity is lost to all devices for about 2-3 minutes and then resolves itself with no action. This is disruptive because it interrupts work, videoconference calls, etc.

Notably during these periods, the Wifi signal itself does not seem to drop out (devices still show connected to the SSID), but the TP Link mobile app cannot find the router. This leads me to believe that this is not an issue with WAN dropping out, but rather some kind of bug with the router (if the issue were the WAN, I would expect to still be able to login to the router in the TP Link app and just to see the router reporting no WAN connectivity).

This has happened about 1-2x/wk over the past few weeks. Are others experiencing this?

@Eab6287 Hi did you find out the solution? Having the same issue. If using it as an access point no issue on the internet.
