Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.3 Build 20210719 real. 14861

My Archer AX11000 worked for close to a year without any dropped service. Now, I can not connect to the internet about 6 times a day without resetting the router. The only thing different is my cable internet provider replaced a cable on the exterior of my house. The modem always has a signal and I watched them test the wireless signal when they were here and it is very strong. Any ideas?

May I know who is your ISP? I would suggest connecting a PC directly to the ISP modem via Ethernet bypassing the router and determine if you have a router issue or a modem/ISP issue.


You can also log into your modem, and look at its logs, see if there are any entries for critical 3 or critical 4 errors. Those errors will give a user disconnects in internet, but they tend to be random throughout the day. In your case it is very specific, but worth a look.
