When a lost of internet occurs the indicator light shows red for internet but the Archer a9 system log does not show any lost. the system log on the router should show the time and date of internet lost.

Regarding the internet disconnect issue on the A9, please go through the troubleshooting suggestion in the below article then report to the support team if that is not fixed:
@HomeNotifier Not only does the router not show the Internet lost in the system log it does not show administrator log ins to the router.
