Deco M5 version different on device and web management

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.5.7 Build 20210819 Rel. 43499

I recently noticed that an M5 I purchased to add to my W6000 setup has two different versions showing. On the back label it states US/2.1 but on the web management page it states M5(1.0). Why would these be different?

I am looking to install beta firmware 1.6.0 on this node but just want to make sure it won't cause a serious issue. The notes state this firmware is good for Deco M5 V1/V2/V3 (V3.2 could not use this beta firmware). I do not see seperate firmware link for each version so is this good for all versions noted above?

Hi, V2.1 could use the beta 1.6.0 for v1/v2/v3 as well.

The hardware is subject to the version on the bottom label but Deco M5, V1/V2/V3 shared the same firmware version.
