Model: Deco X20
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.1

I lost Internet connection due to a temporary Spectrum outage. After corrected I still could not get Internet.  Deco support was very helpful.  I was told that after outages that sometimes MAC addresses need to be put in manually.  I had no idea how to find my MAC address, let alone put in in my Deco app, so tech support guided me all the way.  She told me to plug in my Ethernet cable into my desktop and hiw to navigate to to find MAC address.  (System-network-advanced-hardware).  I copied it down and she then guided me through the Deco app to find where to input it. (More options-advanced-MAC clone-Use custom MAC address).  I typed it in and that was it!  I would never have thought, nor been able to, do this on my own. I hope this is helpful to some of you.
