Frustrated at failure of RE650 to connect with Xfinity network. Have tried WPS and android app with no luck. Any suggestions?

If range extender failed to connect to router, it is suggested verifying the wifi password as guide below, factory reset extender and reinstall it in web page or Tether app

If still the same, may I know the Led status on RE and model of router.
