Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Trying to connect AX6000 to Starlink 2 via the ethernet block.  Have set Starlink to bypass, shut it down, factory reset on the AX6000 and shut down.  Connected AX6000 cable to ethernet port.  Restarted Starlink and waited 5 minutes.  Turned on router, blue light comes on and went thru the setup process.  The router has an IP address but there is no internet connection - any suggestions?

@gmgm I'm having the same issue. I finally got it to work by setting up a ubiquity edge router x wan+2lan2 but it will only work if the Starlink router is not bypassed. I work from home so I haven't had much time to deep dive into it yet.

that's the video I watched to set it up. I'd definitely like to know what I'm doing wrong!

@gmgm I just bought an AX11000 and had a similar although not exact same issue.  Nevertheless it will only take a minute to try it.  In my case I did not even get so far as getting an IP from Starlink, it just hung up on "connecting."  I got it to work by forcing the WAN port speed to 100mbps and then it connected instantly, picked up an IP and got me online.

Because I did not want to throttle my speed to 100mbps I tried something else.  I took an um-managed gigabit switch I had sitting around and plugged it in between the new router and the Starlink.  Both connected at gigabit speed and everything is working fine.  I believe it is an issue with the auto-negotiation on the TP-Link NIC, simply because everything else I have ever plugged into Starlink has worked just fine.

It might not fix your trouble, but it's worth a shot!

Thanks for your suggestion. I had an unmanaged switch, plugged it into the Starlink Router connecting my AX6000 to the unmanaged switch and now the AX6000 is working fine. The only issue I have now is the Wyze V1 camera will still not connect to the AX6000 or the Starlink Router. This was a big help - thanks again!

@gmgm You’ll need an Ethernet adapter for the Starlink. The router on the new square dishes do not have an Ethernet port - they are WiFi only. You don't need to be YouTecho to perform this task.
