Firmware Version:

Ever since upgrading to the latest firmware my AX1500 reboots randomly. Had worked fine for a few years with no issues until the update. Any thoughts?

Typical system log is below:

Hello @jlfinkels

Thank you for posting on the TP-Link Community.

As per the system log you attached, it doesn't show the router reboots. Can I confirm how did you determine it is rebooting except for the log, are there any symptoms such as the LED changes or the internet drops or something?

Are they any other changes in the network apart from the router firmware upgrade?

I would suggest resetting the router to factory defaults and reconfiguring it to see if that would help if possible. You may also go through this thread to do some basic troubleshooting.

@Kevin_Z No other changes, just upgraded the software. The internet drops out for a few minutes multiple times a day, then comes back. I'll give the factory reset a try later. The wifi router has worked well for years with no changes needed to the original setup from how I originally configured it, so there is likely something that happened with the firmware upgrade.

@jlfinkels I have been having the same problem with my AX 1500. Had it for about 2-3 years now, without any problems, but it began restarting itself randomly throughout the day and when I open a browser window, it asks me to set up everything again. I too recently upgraded to the firmware version 1.3.1
