Deco m9 Plus - Play Store Stuck

Model: Deco M9 Plus

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.5.3

When I'm connected to the deco m9 plus wifi the google play store download doesn't work properly. When I disconnect from deco and use another manufacturer's wifi, google play store works normally

My network

Huawei modem -> Cable -> Main deco m9 plus -> cable -> 2nd floor Deco m9 plus -> backhaul -> Office Deco m9 plus
