I am using the Deco app version 2.14.3.

 

I frequently get notifications of a new report is available.  Within messages, I see Weekly Reports and Monthly Reports. 

 

Unfortunately when I open each weekly report, I see a message "No Weekly Report yet".  When I view each monthly report, it says "no Weekly Report available.  Seems the reports aren't showing me anything useful.  Am I missing a configuration option?  I do get information on New Device Detected reports.

Thanks for the reply with useful information.

 

I tried steps 1 through 3 and found no issues.  I will wait to see if latest scan made any difference.  If I fail to see reports next week, I will try a reinstall and a later capture of logs for troubleshooting.

I tried all suggested steps and a reinstall.  Guess I can live without the reports.  smiley
