I'm trying to connect my extender to my room. I connected it near my FiOS box, but I can't find the network on my phone or PC. My dot was solid on, I need help fast.

May I know the model of your Fios router, you could restart the RE and router and see if Range extender can obtain the internet.
Otherwise, you could try to manually set up the IP & DHCP settings for the range extender as Case 3
