Recently, the BT part of my adapter stopped pairing new devicesi.e., speaker, earbuds, phone. I'm left with a error message...

 

"Couldn't connect. Try connecting again.

 

I have...

 

  1. Removed all devices
  2. Completely uninstalled device from within Device Manager in Safe Mode
  3. Uninstalled driver from within Device Manager in Safe Mode
  4. Reinstalled updated driver via Intel driver support tool
