I'm having a fair bit of trouble with port forwarding. 

I set up the service on the specific port 19132

Found the device's ip that I want to forward to (ethernet connection straight from the router)

protocol set as UDP

All the numbers are right but I'm still unable to connect to it, or ping the port with telnet.

I've verified the server settings on another network and everything connected just fine (non tplink)

Am I missing something that could be blocking port forwarding?

firewall?

nat boost?

please help
