Xe75-pro & Screenbeam 2.5
Hi my equipment is Netgear Nighthawk cm-1200, xe75pro and Screenbeam bonded Moca 2.5 adapter. I have my modem connected via a 2 way splitter with the other end connected to the Moca adapter. I have an Ethernet cable connected from the Moca adapter to the first port on my modem. At another location I have a desktop pc which I connected another Moca adapter. Both of the coaxial lights come on for both Moca adapters and I get fast internet at my pc if it's connected directly to the 2nd Moca adapter.
However if I try to take the Ethernet cord from the pc and try to setup my xe75 pro it goes to red status and won't go green. I called Tp link support and they tried all kinds of troubleshooting but nothing worked. I called Screenbeam and they are telling me their products aren't compatible with TP-Link deco.
Does anyone know of any work arounds for this thanks.
