Deco BE95 slowness after firmware update
Last night I upgraded the firmware in my routers to the latest version, and now I am no longer getting anywhere near the speeds I was previously. I have 10 gig service and routinely get between 8 gig - 9 gig up and down with my CAT 6e calbe, but now my speeds are less than 5 gig. If I plug-in directly to my modem I get my normal speeds so it's not an ISP problem, but plugging into the main BE95 (which is plugged directly into my modem) results in about a 4 gig loss. Is this a known issue?

Welcome to the community.
May I know your internet service provider and the model number of your cable modem?
Could you please send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com (please add forum ID 621872) with some screenshots of the speedtest you have done separately on the Deco and cable modem so that we could let the engineers check the issue as soon as possible?
Thank you very much and wait for your reply.
Best regards.

@David-TP thank you for your response. I have sent an e-mail as you requested with relevant screen shots and exactly what I did to test. My ISP is NextLight, and the modem is a Calix GigaPoint GP1101X, model number 100-05638.

@UAPilot In my case, tp-link support provided me with alternate firmware with additional debug information, but after installing those and eventually back to the version I was originally running my problem disappeared. I suspect something went wrong with the firmware update I did immediately before I saw the slowness. If I saw this behavior again myself, the first thing I would do is re-install the firmware.
