We just got my son a Bark Phone, which is a mobile phone that has its own security protections built-in. The Bark Phone (Samsung A14 - Android device) works on cell data, on other Wifi networks, and on my home's Wifi guest network. The issue is that it's not working on our home's main mesh Wifi network (only the guest network). It's making it seem like the network's rules are affecting the Bark Phone in some way.

Does anyone know how to allow the Bark Phone through any built-in parental controls or firewalls that may be set up on the network without my knowledge?
