Pretty upset that after updating firmware to 1.2.3 Build 20230906 Rel 41655 my two extender nodes started losing connectivity to the the main hub.  It is hard to notice, but I have devices that were causing errors and upon inspection could see the nodes losing connection.  I can even watch it occur in the app.  It occurs for only one or two seconds, but it occurs every couple minutes.  I didnt change anything else on the system and never had this problem before. Any solutions?

Hi, Thank you very much for your feedback.

Have you also noticed any Deco X20 turn flashing red?

I have seen some cases recently that Deco APP constantly reported Deco was offline but the LED on the specific unit is always green. Clients actually could get internet service from the Deco.

  @David-TP Hi, I'm getting exactly the same problem since updating X20 firmware to 1.2.3 this week. Satellite Decos don't show any LED flash. The drop-out must be very brief; personal devices don't seem affected, however it causes my work VPN to drop out every few minutes. I have to use a mobile hotspot tether to retain connection (which isolates the problem to my home network). No problems before firmware update. Thanks for any help - can we return to previous firmware version because this one is broken?

I just updated my XE5300 yesterday to 1.2.3 and am having the same issues.   Decos extensions are going offline and my devices are losing connection.    Something is wrong with this version.  How do I go back to prior version?
