Hi, welcome to the community.
May I know who is your internet service provider?
Can I have the model number of your Deco and its current firmware version?
If possible, could you please connect the laptop via cable to the ISP modem directly to test how much upload speed you could get?
Thank you very much and best regards.

@DEPUTYDICKK My service provider is Xfinity which claims all that they tested was in working order. They rebooted my modem and said all was well. My Mesh system is tp-link modelAX3000 Deco X55 (3Pack). I used one my mesh discs as a router. Ip4LAN ID 192.168.68.1. I don't know the firmware info. I did do an updat and they said my Firmware was up to date. Since I posted I tried different things . Originally I was getting uploads of 850 MGPS and downloads of less than 1 MGPS. Since then I added a Norton VPN and am now getting downloads of 450 MGPS and uploads of 20 MGPS. So i solved my upload problem but at the expense of a lower download speed.I can live with that all though it would be nice to get what i am paying Xfinity for which is 1 gigabyte. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly

@DEPUTYDICKKHi Dave: I connected my Laptop directly to my modem. I ran 3 tests. My results Download speeds of 517.18MGPS, 444.50MGPS, AND 376.43MGPS. For my upload speeds I got 24.07MGPS, 24.06MGPS, and 24.08MGPS. I was surprised I didn't get higher download speeds.

Hi, Thank you very much for your time and patience.
Sorry for the delay.
I saw you mentioned in the last reply.
"I connected my Laptop directly to my modem. I ran 3 tests."
Download | Upload |
517.18MGPS | 24.07MGPS |
444.50MGPS | 24.06MGPS |
376.43MGPS | 24.08MGPS |
So currently, without the Norton VPN connection, the speedtest from Deco X55 is 850m/s-download, 1m/s-upload.
With Norton VPN connection, the speedtest from Deco X55 is 450m/s-download, 20 m/s-upload. Did I get it correctly?
For the VPN connection, Did you set up Deco X55 as the OpenVPN client for Norton VPN?
Thanks a lot and best regards.

@David-TPHi David; Thanks for sticking with me. When I got the Deco 55 (3 set) I just plugged one of them randomly to my modem and waited for the light to green. There was no instruction for me beyond that. How do I set up the Deco 55 as the OpenVPN client for Norton VPN? Thanks in advance. Dickre
