Firmware Version: V9.6

I connected my new switch as instructed and I initially had great internet speed.  After I tried to connect my deco mesh router, I lost internet connection to my computer (still hardwired to the switch) and cannot get it back through the switch. The router was also not able to connect but a different computer was able to connect. Connecting my computer directly to the modem works fine. I've tried restarting everything several times with no luck. I've also tried using different ports.help

Hi, may I know the model number of your Deco?

Can I have a picture of your network layout, such as:

ISP---Cable modem--the first main Deco---TL-SG108--laptop

 

Please also check whether the original computer has been set to a static IP address.
