Firmware Version: 1.0.11 Build 20210730 rel.54485(4555)

Hello,

I use router mentioned in title for over a year and very fond of it.
But recently i decided to increase space available on drive that i use as multimedia share server.
So i successfully changed usb stick on new one with 256 Gb capacity available and found out that
big files cannot be discovered via "Network Neighborhood" Access method. FTP is doing fine on
the other hand. Speaking of file size: I can only be sure that 4Gb a is enough to reproduce the issue.

Trying to find solution I came across forum thread of some AU network provider. One of the users
claims that TPLink support gave him some version of firmware that solved the problem. Unfortunately
he didn't specify the firmware version. In this thread they talk of 2Gb file size.

Wish you can help me with this issue.

Why don't you start with updating the AX50 FW from its support page - here. The latest FW release is v1.0.14.

This may has been addressed already in that release. Here's how to update FW manually - Case 1.

If this was helpful click once on the arrow pointing upward. If this solves your issue, click once the star to mark it as a "Recommended Solution".
